I'm a Big Girl now!

Guess what?!

Yesterday I peed on the potty! Mommy and Daddy have been reading me lots of books about going to the bathroom and we've been practicing a little but last night I actually did it!

We were driving home from dinner and I started talking about "pee pee potty" and when we got home I ran right to the stairs, climbed up real fast and went into the bathroom. After just one story I was done and my parents were so proud that I went pee in the potty. They shouldn't get too excited--not sure I'm gonna do it again for awhile but it sure was a big moment!

For now I have fun sitting on the potty, brushing my teeth and reading fun stories. We'll see.......

Lunch date with Daddy

Mommy wasn't feeling well today so daddy stayed home from work and hung out with me all day. We even went out to lunch just the two of us at one of Daddy's favorite places (NOT the Cheesecake Factory but Rio Grande!). I loved being with my daddy.

We've been really busy and Mommy hasn't been very good about taking pictures--in fact she even didn't have her camera for Mother's Day so she made someone who works at Daddy's golf club take pictures for us. Our bathroom renovation project is moving along and lots of fun stuff coming up including my parents taking a trip to San Diego and leaving me to party with my grandparents : ) and more summer fun.

Last weekend we went to the Baltimore Aquarium. I LOVE looking at fish, turtles, dolphins and sharks! My parents were so busy chasing after me that there aren't too many pictures from that day. I wish that the aquarium was closer...

Mommy and daddy got a new car and I love to drive our "cool car"--that's what I call it every time we are going out someplace. I like to sneak into the drivers seat--i can't wait until I can drive for real (calm down dad--not for a few years!).

Believe it or not I do actually get slowed down sometimes. Mommy snapped this picture when i was chillin out watching some Sesame Street. She just couldn't figure out why I wouldn't let go of the golf clubs.

I had my first boo-boo. Guess it is my fault since I was running so fast and fell on the driveway--right onto my nose! Mommy and daddy are sad but said I have the cutest little red nose ever!

Sydney's Big News!!!

GUESS WHAT??!!!!

Our new arrival should be here right around the beginning of November (mommy is 12 1/2 weeks along) and we are all very excited. I can't wait to be a big sister although mommy and daddy say I have to share my toys. I couldn't wait to share this news with all of you and mommy says we will keep everyone updated.

Chuck E Cheese

My parents have been holding out on me...they took me to this cool place that I LOVED and Daddy and I had a great time: Chuck E Cheese!!! Mom wanted to clean/sanitize the whole place and was asking about earplugs but even she had a good time watching me have fun on the rides. Can't wait to go back there...although probably not on the weekends--it was too crowded!

Officially ONE and a HALF!

Even though I keep telling everyone that I am TWO...I am now officially One and a Half! The doctor was very pleased with how I am growing--i am 31 1/2 inches and 22pounds 9 ounces! Mommy tried to get some hints on helping me eat my vegetables and advice on things like potty training and other big kid stuff but I'm just a typical toddler doing lots of things to make my parents a little crazy : )

Daddy surprised me at my Kidville class last week and I was so excited to have him join me for music and fun! I've been talking a LOT more (I've been talking a lot but my parents complain that I am not speaking English but my own language so lately I've been repeating everything they say!). Lots of fun and exciting things going on here!!!

Almost 18 months old!!!

April has been a busy month and I am having lots of fun. We spend a lot of time playing--inside and out. I love going to look at the ducks at the lake and quack to the ducks.

Some of my absolute favorite things are Minnie Mouse and Elmo. So daddy and mommy snapped this picture of me getting out of the tub wrapped in my Elmo towel.

Daddy says Tiger started swinging a golf club at 18 months old so he got me my very own golf club so I can practice. I think I'm a natural! These plastic eggs sure are fun to play with and Daddy is a good teacher. Got a few more years before I can take lessons but watch out LPGA--I'm coming!
